documentation

opsecpad is a coin launchpad on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve, served from a Tor onion service and from https://opsecpad.fun. There are no accounts. You sign with a burner made in your browser tab or with a wallet you connect, and every transaction is decoded in your tab before you sign it.

quick start

  1. Get a wallet: make a burner and write down its 12 words, or connect Phantom, Solflare or Backpack.
  2. Fund it with SOL, or with Monero through a no-KYC swap.
  3. Launch a coin or trade one. Read the decoded transaction, then sign.
  4. Done? Send what's left out or cash out to Monero, then nuke the burner.

wallets

Burner (private). A Solana key generated in your tab, with a 12-word recovery phrase that also works in Phantom and Solflare (path m/44'/501'/0'/0'). It's kept for this tab only: close the tab and it's gone, unless you saved the phrase or downloaded a backup file (encrypted with your password). Nuke wipes every burner in the tab and hands you a fresh one. opsecpad never sees the phrase or the key.

Connected wallet. Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or any standard Solana browser wallet. It signs in its own popup after the inspector shows you the transaction. Convenient, but everything you do is tied to that wallet, and the shield needs a burner. Tor Browser has no wallet extensions on purpose.

funding

Everything on opsecpad is paid in SOL: launches, trades, network fees. Two ways in:

  • SOL. Send it to your wallet's address from any wallet or exchange. It arrives in seconds, but the sending wallet is linked to yours on-chain.
  • Monero (or ZEC, BTC, LTC), on the xmr page. Enter how much SOL you want and create an invoice. Trocador's checkout shows the XMR amount and a deposit address; you send XMR from your Monero wallet, a no-KYC exchange converts it, and SOL arrives at your wallet from the exchange, usually 20 to 40 minutes after the Monero is confirmed. Nothing on-chain points back to you. The rate, the exchange and its minimum are shown before you pay.

Cash out works the other way: enter your Monero address and the XMR you want, then send the SOL amount the checkout asks for from the invoice page. Invoices live at Trocador; opsecpad keeps no record of them. Bookmark the invoice page to check its status.

launching

  • Every coin is a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve pool: 1B supply, 6 decimals, no mint or freeze authority, metadata fixed at launch.
  • It starts at a 30 SOL market cap. At 420 SOL the curve is full and the coin graduates to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool; the liquidity is locked permanently.
  • Cost: about 0.022 SOL in rent and network fees, plus an optional dev buy, which fills at the starting price in the same transaction.
  • The wallet that launches a coin is its creator and collects the creator share of its trading fees: claim it from the coin's page. Keep that burner's phrase.
  • Limit: 3 launches per hour per wallet.

trading

  • On the curve, trades go straight to Meteora's program. After graduation they route through Jupiter to the DAMM v2 pool.
  • MEV protection (on by default) adds a 0.001 SOL Jito tip and sends through Jito, so the trade can't be sandwiched. Default slippage 5%.
  • New launches and trades show up on the site within seconds, without reloading.

fees

Every trade on a coin's curve pays a trading fee in SOL, taken by the pool itself. Part goes to the coin's creator, who claims it from the coin's page; opsecpad's part pays for $opsec buybacks, and Meteora keeps a protocol share. A coin's fee is fixed when it launches. After graduation, the DAMM v2 pool charges its own fee instead.

With MEV protection on, each transaction also carries a 0.001 SOL Jito tip, shown in the decoded transaction before you sign.

$opsec

opsecpad's share of the fees from every coin launched here is claimed every 60 minutes, spent on $opsec at market, and burned. $opsec's own trading fees go to the team's wallet instead. Totals, what's waiting to be spent, and every buy and burn are on the $opsec page and the ledger.

privacy

  • The server sees your wallet's public key, the transactions you sign, and what you post. Never your keys, your phrase, or, on the onion, your IP.
  • Your browser only talks to this site. No CDNs, fonts, analytics or cookies. RPC, images and the zk relayer are proxied. A strict Content-Security-Policy enforces it.
  • The inspector decodes each transaction in your tab, refuses to sign anything calling a program outside its allowlist, and flags any SOL transfer it can't account for.
  • One identity per burner. Use New Identity in Tor Browser before switching to an unrelated burner: one Tor circuit can tie them together.
  • The onion. ivfegbvqz46kckat2cpxf5fvspdswvhl5fsgjryl2towb33rv2nflgid.onion. Check it against the onion page and a second source.

Tor Browser security levels

  • Standard: everything.
  • Safer: everything except the shield, which needs WebAssembly.
  • Safest: browsing, charts, threads and Monero invoices. Signing needs JavaScript.

shield

The shield uses Privacy Cash, an audited shielded pool on Solana. Deposit SOL from one burner, wait, then withdraw to a fresh burner: the withdrawal is a zero-knowledge proof, so nothing on-chain links the two. Proofs are computed in your browser. It hides which deposit paid a withdrawal, not amounts or timing: wait hours, and don't withdraw exactly what you put in. Withdrawals cost the relayer's fee, shown before you confirm.

faq

Can opsecpad take my coins? No. It never has your key. A malicious server could only hand you a bad transaction, which is what the inspector is for.

I closed the tab and my burner is gone. Import its phrase or backup file on the wallet page. Without one, the funds can't be recovered.

Where are my creator fees? On your coin's page, with the wallet that launched it: claim your creator fees.

Why does Monero take longer? The exchange waits for Monero's confirmations (about 20 minutes) before it sends SOL.

Is the clearnet site the same? Same server and code, but only the onion hides your IP.
